Key Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing assistance including vital signs monitoring, medication reminders, and basic nursing care
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Observe and report changes in client conditions to nursing staff and supervisors
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients

- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable Transportation
