American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with Level I trauma and circulating experience for a night shift assignment requiring a NM or compact RN license.

• Work in the Operating Room department of a Level I Trauma, teaching, children's hospital providing short term acute care
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Night shift, 4x12 hours, 19:00-7:30
• 2-3 weekends required per month
• On-call required, day shift call consisting of 24-36 hours per month
• No floating required outside of scope
• Cerner charting system used
• Must work 2 of the 3 designated holiday bundles (Thanksgiving & the day after, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, NYE & NYD)

• Active RN license (NM or Compact) required, pending license accepted
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience required
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Circulating experience required
• Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred
• RQI certifications not accepted

• Purple scrubs provided
• No parking fee
• COVID vaccine optional, but candidates must upload vaccine series or submit a declination as the facility is required to report vaccination numbers
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Requests for RTO greater than 7 days require approval
• Candidates must not reside within 100 miles of the facility to be eligible
• Non-local driver's license required on file
