Del Corazon Hospice in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a PRN Hospice RN to provide patient-centered care on a per diem basis. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work Monday through Thursday, 5 PM to 8 AM, supporting patients and families during end-of-life care.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, manage symptoms and pain, educate families, and document patient care in our records. NM RN license and BCLS required; hospice or home health experience preferred.
