Responsibilities
  • The RN Navigator is responsible for guiding patients through the healthcare journey. This role involves providing patient-centered education, emotional support, and clinical guidance, ensuring that patients understand their care options and feel supported at each step.
  • The Navigator coordinates multidisciplinary appointments, tests, and treatments, serving as a key liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and external resources.
  • This role requires thorough clinical assessments, precise documentation, and proactive communication to streamline patient care.
  • Additionally, the navigator connects patients to relevant resources to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care through the treatment process.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Associates degree from an accredited School of Nursing program.
  • State of New Mexico Nursing License or valid multi-state compact license
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
  • 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience

Preferred

Job Requirements:

  • Interdisciplinary teamwork experience
  • Bachelors of Nursing or Healthcare Management
