Giving Home Health Care in Albuquerque, NM seeks a compassionate Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide patient care at the home following a physician care plan. This is a 1099 contract role with care provided at the patient’s residence, 4 hours weekly (preferably Wednesdays 1pm–5pm).
You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and patients’ physicians, perform assessments, administer medications, document care, and advocate for patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
