CNA - LTC​/SNF

$581.40/week –

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and professional caregiving services to residents in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being through quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer basic patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.
• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and health status.
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Follow established care plans and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with facility policies.
• Document care activities accurately and promptly in residents’ records.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or certification required.
• Previous experience in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Must have current COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
• Bring a valid state or federal issued  wear a photo badge at all times.
