Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Support clinical staff by performing essential tasks to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Follow all infection control protocols and facility policies.
• Document resident care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Possess current CNA certification.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Regularly comply with facility vaccination and  policies.
• Exhibit compassion and patience in resident interactions.
