Job Summary:

Provide essential patient care and support in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment. Assist with daily activities, promote patient comfort, and help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive setting.

Responsibilities:

• Support clinical staff by performing duties such as patient bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Observe and report on patient condition, changes, or concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in patient areas and equipment.
• Document patient activities and care provided accurately in compliance with facility procedures.
• Adhere to infection control policies, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements and identification protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification or license.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Demonstrate compassion and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Must bring a valid government-issued  wear a photo badge during shifts.
• Comply with vaccination or exemption requirements as mandated by law.
