Job Summary:

Provide quality patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Support clinical team efforts by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Follow care plans and adhere to infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccine requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and activities.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CNA in the state of practice.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments is preferred.
• Ability to wear a photo  and bring valid identification to work.
• Willingness to adhere to vaccination policies or provide exemption documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
