What You'll Do- Round on patients daily, building real continuity of care
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Work hand-in-hand with interdisciplinary care teams and facility leadership
- Chart smarter, not harder — with AI-integrated EHR documentation built for speed
- Active or eligible NM NP or PA-C license
- DEA and national certification (or ability to obtain)
- SNF experience is a plus, but not required — new grads are welcome to apply
- Up to $220K/year earning potential, powered by AI tech that cuts documentation time
