Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Support residents with daily activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs and observe residents’ conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and residents’ families.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification valid in the state.
• Proven experience working in a LTC or SNF setting preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and comply with facility policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.
