• Provide direct patient care to adult residents in a long-term acute care setting, including monitoring and reassessment of condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; manage IV therapy and related procedures within scope.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and routine skilled nursing procedures; monitor for signs of infection or deterioration.
• Monitor vitals, interpret data, respond promptly to changes in patient status, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record; ensure safe discharge planning and patient-family communication.

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in LTAC, skilled nursing, or a related long-term care setting
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts
• Local candidates only per job notes
