CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide essential patient care within a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Support healthcare teams by delivering compassionate assistance to residents and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff promptly.
• Follow care plans and protocols to ensure residents' safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with facility standards.
• Document care provided and resident responses accurately and timely.
• Comply with facility policies, including identification and badge requirements, and adhere to COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification and active license.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed care instructions and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Must bring valid identification and adhere to infection control policies.
