Job Summary:

Provide essential patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Support clinical operations by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report patient conditions to nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to facility protocols.
• Follow infection control policies, including vaccination and PPE requirements.
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility procedures.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Proven ability to handle physically demanding tasks in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of patient safety protocols and infection control.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and excellent communication skills.
