Perioperative Operating Room Registered Nurse
The Registered Nurse (RN) Perioperative Operating Room (OR) is accountable for patient outcomes related to nursing care during surgical and invasive procedures. This RN plans, directs, and coordinates care for every operative patient, respecting individual needs and valuing each team member's contribution to patient well-being. The OR RN functions proficiently in both the circulator and scrub roles and maintains competency across all surgical specialties served.
