New Mexico Solutions is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team in Albuquerque, NM. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a mission-driven, team-based environment focused on expanding access to high-quality behavioral health services for individuals and families across our community. The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and integrated care coordination as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

- Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing medication monitoring and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination efforts
- Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices within the CCBHC framework
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines
- Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually
- Productivity incentive potential: $20,000–$30,000+

- Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain)
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health, community mental health, or integrated care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
- Experience working with diverse populations and complex clinical presentations is a plus
