American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/EP RN with at least one year of cardiac catheterization experience and NM or compact RN licensure for a fast-paced interventional cardiac program.

• Cath Lab unit providing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization services
• Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling 36 hours per week
• Call requirement of 8-12 days per month for STEMI or vascular emergencies
• Floating to like units within scope as needed based on facility demand

• Active NM or compact RN license required (pending compact accepted if obtained prior to start)
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS required; RCIS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
• Skilled in cardioversion, circulating procedures, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, and procedural sedation monitoring
• Experience with diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, left and right heart catheterization, and pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring
• Scrub procedure experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including scrub and circulate roles
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation medications
• Receive brief orientation when floating to unit within scope
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; locals are not accepted
• Former staff must wait at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• No travel pairs or groups accepted
