Key responsibilities of the LPN/LVN

• Provide nursing care to patients as directed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the nursing team
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Assist with patient education and support
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Requirements of the LPN/LVN

• Valid LPN/LVN license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Previous experience in a nursing role preferred
