CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Assist nursing staff in providing basic patient care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and wellbeing through compassionate support and adherence to facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Escort residents to activities, meals, and appointments as needed.
• Monitor and report residents' conditions and any changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control procedures.
• Document care provided and resident responses accurately in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification accepted in the state.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comply with facility and regulatory health and safety standards.
• Must have or obtain updated COVID-19 vaccination documentation or approved exemption.
