Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with surgical team members and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
Prepare the operating room with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment.
Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures.
Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques.
Document all nursing activities accurately in patient records.
Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care.
Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control policies.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - New Mexico or Compact State License
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
1+ year of recent OR Circulating experience required
Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) Certification preferred
You hold an active NM RN license and BLS certification. You have at least one year of OR circulating experience. You can collaborate with surgical teams and maintain sterility
