Registered Nurse – Medical Aesthetics About Us

Alluraderm is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for medical aesthetics to join our Albuquerque team. With nearly 20 years in the community, we provide a wide range of aesthetic treatments in a professional, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in laser treatments, microneedling, medical aesthetics, or a related clinical setting and is committed to providing safe, personalized, high-quality patient care.

The RN will provide a variety of medical aesthetic treatments with a primary focus on laser and light-based treatments and microneedling
, while also supporting injectable services, Cool Sculpting, and other aesthetic treatments within their training, credentialing, and scope of practice.

• Perform laser and light-based treatments, including Fotona, Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, photofacial/IPL, laser hair removal, and Thermage
  , based on training and credentialing.
• Perform Skin Pen microneedling and other appropriate skin rejuvenation treatments.

• Assist with and/or perform appropriate aesthetic injectable services within scope, training, and credentialing.
• Perform Cool Sculpting and other body contouring treatments according to established protocols.

• Conduct treatment consultations, educate patients on options and expectations, and provide pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Deliver a professional, personalized experience while monitoring patient safety throughout treatment.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow Alluraderm's clinical, safety, and infection-control protocols.
• Operate equipment safely and report maintenance or treatment concerns appropriately.

• Work closely with providers, nurses, aestheticians, and administrative staff to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Participate in ongoing education and stay current with advances in lasers, microneedling, injectables, skincare, and body contouring

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
  .
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 1–3 years of RN experience
  , preferably in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related specialty.
• Previous experience with aesthetic lasers and microneedling strongly preferred.
• Experience with Cool Sculpting/body contouring preferred.
• Experience with aesthetic injectables preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, attention to detail, and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team.
• Proficiency with EMR/clinical software preferred.
