CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

The CNA is responsible for providing direct patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, supporting residents' daily needs with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Support mobility and positioning to prevent patient discomfort and injuries.
• Follow infection control protocols, including proper use of PPE and hand hygiene.
• Respond promptly to residents' requests and needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification/license required.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess basic knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Be vaccinated against COVID-19 or have approved exemption documentation.
