CNA - LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being through compassionate assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Follow all facility safety and confidentiality protocols.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license or certification required.
• Proven experience working in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Demonstrate compassion and strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Must bring a valid state or federal  wear a photo badge at all times.
• Must have completed the COVID-19 vaccination series or hold a valid religious/medical exemption.
