Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Monitor and report patient symptoms and vital signs
• Provide compassionate patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Document patient care and relevant clinical data accurately
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements of the LPN/LVN

• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of New Mexico
• Minimum of one year clinical experience
• BLS certification required
