Full time Emergency Room Registered Nurse needed in West of Albuquerque, NM. Provide rapid, high-quality care to patients with urgent or life-threatening conditions. Work in a fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking and patient-centered focus.
Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity
Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments per physician orders
Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and discharge instructions
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and emergency protocols
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico or compact license
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Skills:
TNCC certification preferred
