Base pay starts at $15.97 per hour for PCT I and can go up to $23.32 per hour for PCT IV, plus shift differentials of 17% weekday nights, 26% weekend nights and 15% weekend day shifts. Positions involve direct patient care, support services within inpatient settings, and collaboration with nursing staff across multiple units
