Veterinarian Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinarian to join our team in Albuquerque with pay starting a Veterinarian, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various illnesses and injuries in animals, as well as providing preventive care to maintain their overall health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical examinations on sick or injured animals
- Perform medical procedures, such as vaccinations, surgeries, and dental work
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and treatment
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Valid state veterinary license
- Strong knowledge of animal diseases, treatments, and care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
