Overview
Client Service Representative Compensation: $17 - $23 pending experience & skillset. Overnight Shift Differential: $3/hr route 66 Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center (VECCC) seeks a compassionate, enthusiastic "people person" to join our team and support our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.
Responsibilities- Educate and support:
Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person. - Appointment coordination:
Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. - Communication mastery:
Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse using phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged. - Record keeping:
Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring attention to detail. - Cash handling and end-of-day financial reconciliation

- 3/12 or 4/10 shifts available
- Overnight Shift Differential: $3/hr
- 4 X 10 hour shifts
