Client Service Representative, Route VECCC

Overview

Client Service Representative Compensation: $17 - $23 pending experience & skillset. Overnight Shift Differential: $3/hr route 66 Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center (VECCC) seeks a compassionate, enthusiastic "people person" to join our team and support our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.

• Educate and support:
  Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
• Appointment coordination:
  Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Communication mastery:
  Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse using phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Record keeping:
  Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring attention to detail.
• Cash handling and end-of-day financial reconciliation

• 3/12 or 4/10 shifts available
