- Strong understanding of aluminium extrusion processes, metallurgy, and machining
- Hands‑on experience of GD&T and dimensional controls
- Proficiency in quality inspection instruments (CMM, gauges, UTM, spectrometer, etc.)
- Practical experience with core quality tools (SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP)
- Good problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to independently handle customer interactions and quality concerns.
