Job Summary

The Warehouse Worker/Packaging associate will support daily packaging quality, finished product inspections, and incoming component checks in a structured warehouse environment. • Perform Acceptable Quality Limit inspections on finished products to confirm quality standards and defect thresholds are met.
• Inspect labeling and cartoning lines to help prevent mislabeling, packaging defects, and product quality issues.
• Verify incoming components such as vials, stoppers, seals, and filters for quality, sterile integrity, and specification compliance.
• Read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Complete routine reports, documentation, and correspondence accurately as required.
• Support general warehouse, packaging, and quality control activities while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Location:
  
  Balloon Park Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Entry-level (3 months of related experience or training).= or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Math
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic algebra, geometry. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

• AQL Inspections:
  Performing Acceptable Quality Limit sampling on finished products to ensure they meet defect thresholds.
• Packaging Quality:
  Inspecting the labeling and cartoning lines to prevent mislabeling or packaging defects.
• Incoming Component Inspection:
  Verifying the quality, sterile integrity, and specifications of raw manufacturing components like vials, stoppers, seals, and filters.
