Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Real Estate Broker located in Albuquerque, NM. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing property transactions, assisting clients in buying and selling properties, marketing properties to generate leads, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include maintaining current knowledge of market conditions, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We are looking for experienced and newly licensed brokers.
- Expertise in brokerage and real estate management.
- Strong skills in customer service and building client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales and property transactions.
- Knowledge of real property laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Active real estate license in New Mexico, as required by state law.
- Proven ability to negotiate, mediate, and close sales.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
