This team participates in tuition reimbursement. Eligible full‑time employees qualify for up to $3,000 per year. Eligible part‑time employees qualify for up to $2,500 per year.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety and security, managing profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned departments meet goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
