At New Mexico Piñon Coffee House
, we believe coffee is more than a drink—it’s an experience that connects people and enriches lives. Since our first shop opened in Albuquerque, our mission has been simple: “Enriching lives through the love of coffee.”

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Baristas who will serve as the face of Piñon Coffee House and help us create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors.

• Provide exceptional customer service with a “customer-first” mentality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
• Craft drinks with consistency and quality by following our established recipes and procedures
  .
• Present food and beverages with pride, representing our commitment to quality and honesty
  .
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized café environment.
• Accurately perform Point-of-Sale transactions and cash handling procedures.
• Share knowledge of sales promotions and new products with customers.
• Work alongside a positive, supportive team that values growth and community.
• Assist with training new team members as needed.

• A friendly, team-oriented attitude and genuine passion for serving others.
• Dependability and consistent attendance—our team counts on each other.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and positive.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during a shift.
• Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Previous customer service or food & beverage experience is a plus, but not required!
