We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Manager (Team Lead) to join our team at our cozy coffee shop on 4th & Montaño! If you love coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for leading a team with positivity and purpose—we want to meet you!
What You'll Do:Support daily operations and help lead the team during shifts
Deliver exceptional service and keep the good vibes going
Train and mentor new staff
Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and keeping things running smoothly
Ability to stand
What We’re Looking For:Previous coffee or food service experience (leadership a plus!)
Strong communication and team building skills
Reliable, upbeat, and ready to roll up your sleeves
Competitive pay + tips (Base wage $11 plus tips range around $17.00 to $20 and hour)

SomePhysical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk throughout an entire shift is needed.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, and pull throughout the day.
- Ability to lift 40lbs is required.
- Good manual dexterity and visual acuity is required to use common office and various coffee brewing equipment.
