Lescombes Family Vineyards is the premier vineyard and winery in the state of New Mexico. Since 1981, we have been leading the industry with an array of wines to include traditional, hand‑crafted releases and highly‑acclaimed, award‑winning favorites. Our current locations consist of our bistro locations:
Albuquerque Cottonwood, Albuquerque Old Town, Alamogordo, and Las Cruces;
Hervé Wine Bar in Santa Fe; and a tasting room adjacent to the winery in Deming. Our family‑owned vineyard thrives just east of Lordsburg and consists of a 240‑acre property. Base pay depends on experience and ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 per year, plus a monthly bonus determined by specific store metrics.

We're looking for an energetic team player to join our Management team and lead our staff by employing exceptional service, food quality, and safety practices, who wants to be part of a successful organization that is growing and where they can grow within their field. Qualifications
  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Knowledge about budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Capable of conducting and assessing restaurant inventory
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Experience with delegating tasks and maintaining fast service
