Retail Skills Trainer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operation of thrift store.
• Customer relations, answering phones, tagging, stocking, and selling merchandise.
• Maintain general appearance of the retail area.
• Assist customers with unloading and processing donations.
• Complete required documentation for donations.
• May pick-up or deliver goods donated or purchased.

• Provide personal care and other assistance for clients as required.
• Ensure client safety on the selling floor and donation processing areas.
• Provide backup to meet client's needs related to placement, training, and general supervision.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Requires one year of general work experience.
• Post high school training in business preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Bilingual helpful.
• Ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures.
