Walmart Stores - Up to $25.00/hour - 10600 COORS BLVD BYPASS NW - Responsibilities:
Handle returns, zone area, organize merchandise and identify shrink and damages;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member, and identifying member needs;
Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, self-checkout area, resolving issues and concerns, promoting Sam's Club products and services, guiding members on self-service technology, processing purchases, assisting with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork logs, and executing emergency response procedures;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, teaching new technology, delivering program rollout training, and pursuing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities
