This is a part-time on-site role for a Key Carrier at UNTUCKit, located in Albuquerque, NM. The Key Carrier will oversee daily store operations while providing excellent customer service and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating the register, processing transactions, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and organized. The Key Carrier may also assist store management by opening and closing the store and ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Knowledge of products, the brand, and experience in retail sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Ability to handle store responsibilities such as opening, closing, and ensuring a professional shopping environment
• Dependable, self-motivated, and organized with a passion for retail and customer interaction
• Previous experience in a similar retail or customer-facing role is a plus
