Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Experience:

    proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
  • Leadership

    Skills:

    strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Customer‑Centric: passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

Minimum Requirements
  • Assistant Store Manager
    • Open availability, including hours necessary to open and close the store (mornings, days, nights).
    • Minimum standard work week of 5 days.
    • Averaged 44 hours per week, increased during peak sales periods (e.g., Holiday, Back‑to‑School).
  • Supervisor
    • Availability during hours necessary to open and close the store (mornings, days, nights).
    • Minimum of 5 days of availability.
    • Minimum standard of a 30‑hour work week.
  • All Management
    • Availability on weekends and holidays.
    • Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with the company’s policies.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Clear spoken English for customer interaction and supervision.
    • Reading, writing, and basic math in English for business operations and reporting.
    • Possible relocation within the company’s network for operational needs and career growth.
Physical Demands
  • Prolonged standing for 5–14 hours per day.
  • During peak sale periods, work long periods up to a 12‑hour day.
  • Stoop, kneel, reach, and pull to place merchandise; lift items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly (higher in some circumstances).
  • Climb ladders or ascend/descend stairs for stock acquisition.
  • Require good vision, including color differentiation.
  • Work environment is moderately noisy.
Education
