Experience:
create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards. - Sales & Performance: drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achievement of sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance; ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Financial Management: manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: implement local marketing initiatives and build strong community relationships to enhance brand presence.
- Innovation & Problem‑Solving: stay current with industry trends and competitor activities; identify improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Additional duties and projects as required.
- Experience:
proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team. - Leadership

- Assistant Store Manager
- Open availability, including hours necessary to open and close the store (mornings, days, nights).
- Minimum standard work week of 5 days.
- Averaged 44 hours per week, increased during peak sales periods (e.g., Holiday, Back‑to‑School).
- Supervisor
- Availability during hours necessary to open and close the store (mornings, days, nights).
- Minimum of 5 days of availability.
- Minimum standard of a 30‑hour work week.
- All Management
- Availability on weekends and holidays.
- Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with the company’s policies.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clear spoken English for customer interaction and supervision.
- Reading, writing, and basic math in English for business operations and reporting.
- Possible relocation within the company’s network for operational needs and career growth.
- Prolonged standing for 5–14 hours per day.
- During peak sale periods, work long periods up to a 12‑hour day.
- Stoop, kneel, reach, and pull to place merchandise; lift items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly (higher in some circumstances).
- Climb ladders or ascend/descend stairs for stock acquisition.
- Require good vision, including color differentiation.
- Work environment is moderately noisy.
