Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for our customers and choose just the right apple or their favorite cereal. This position is extremely fast paced and allows time in all departments. Order fillers also dispense orders to customers and engage them during the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday season. Sometimes you must juggle shopping for online customers while helping in‑store customers.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
