• Maintain awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise, promotions, demo merchandise, and sale advertisements to better serve customers while remaining flexible to work in different departments as needed.
• Manage the flow of product to the sales floor from store receiving areas and assist with markdown and clearance management per company guidelines.
• Assist with the execution of all visual merchandising standards, including signage and displays.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and take inventory of stock when needed.
• Maintain database and file shipping/receiving records for the department.
• Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to spend work time standing or moving about the store departments; physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting (up to 15 pounds), carrying, walking, and reaching on a frequent basis.
• Working knowledge of word‑processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, and order processing systems.
• Ability to tag, hang, and sensor merchandise.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

• 1+ year of experience in a retail/apparel environment or golf industry is preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of apparel and golf is a plus, but not required.
