Sales Advisor - Coronado Mall

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You will use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the omni experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service
• Engage with customers to have conversations and deliver excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store
• Effectively promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
• Operate the garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms)
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
• Follow best practices for in-store omni services and in-store tech tools
• Assist with opening and closing of the store
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role
