New Store Location—Albuquerque, New Mexico

All Positions Available — Storefront — Barista and Cashier. Weekend availability required.

• Provide customers with a level of service beyond the customer's expectation, while showing sensitivity to their individual needs.
• Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best.
• Work as part of a team, follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere for both fellow employees and customers.
• Perform job specific duties including baking bread and making drinks.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Cross‑train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
• Work hard and have fun while doing so.

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be Serv Safe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
