Overview

Support our athletes by delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience and engaging them in loyalty programs and services.

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs, such as customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to established safety, loss‑prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and guidelines of external governing entities.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcomed, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
