Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing to meet Member needs;
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues;
Maintains safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, including handling hazardous materials as applicable;
Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
Promotes the company’s products and services and supports membership growth and satisfaction.
