Retail Merchandise Associate

Role:

Responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational standards. Supports merchandise handling, store recovery, loss prevention, and safety initiatives. May be cross-trained across store areas to assist business needs.

• Models excellent customer service practices for internal and external customers
• Supports a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately processes transactions, promotes loyalty programs, and maintains merchandising standards
• Participates in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety procedures
• Provides feedback, follows policies, and supports shrink reduction efforts
• Works effectively with team members and adapts to changing situations

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and respond to change
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations
• Retail experience preferred but not required
