Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly; respond to questions and resolve concerns quickly and courteously;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Assist with scheduling store associates and ensuring breaks/meals are accounted for;
Process guest purchases/returns using POS system and balance daily transactions;
Protect company assets through inventory control and loss-prevention practices and ensure store is clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines
