Be a Team Member by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborating with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.;
Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future productions and mass productions; ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.;
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to support production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind.;
Drive the performance of the area by stocking and rotating merchandise; ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and assist members with purchasing decisions and service; resolve member issues and concerns.;
Act as a brand advocate and contribute to training others; comply with company policies and ethics; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to complete tasks and drive improvements..
