• The Grocery Merchandiser will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds.

  Albuquerque, NM (within a 40‑60 mile radius)
• Part‑time, 25‑27 hours per week
• Hourly rate: $18
• Responsibility for selling, merchandising, and gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.
• Ensuring our clients' products are well stocked and ordering if product is not in stock or low.
• Consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
• Switching between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day.
• Ability to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods.
• Independent work with excellent communication skills.
• Paid drive time at $0.70 per mile and monthly phone stipend.
• Steady and consistent scheduled working hours with available route flexibility.

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Perform retail work including ordering products, placing new orders on shelves, and other related duties.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify accurate representation of clients' products on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Comply with additional guidelines established by the Store Team.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check‑ins as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone (5 years old or newer) with internet service for daily communication.
• Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks and audits.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (not required).
