Merchandiser, Retail

Jacent Strategic Merchandising seeks a Full-Time Merchandiser to execute in-store programs for major retailers across the wholesale and impulse categories. In this field-based role, you will stock and rotate products, set and adjust planograms, maintain fixtures and displays, and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and full. You will capture photos, complete digital reports, and communicate with store staff and Jacent supervisors.

This position suits self-starters who enjoy working independently in stores, managing routes, and supporting data-driven, execution-focused merchandising programs.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products in assigned retail locations following Jacent planograms and standards
• Ensure shelves, displays, and impulse sections are clean, organized, and fully replenished
• Install, adjust, and maintain in-store fixtures, signage, and displays
• Perform regular audits, take photos, and submit accurate reports using mobile tools
• Monitor inventory levels, place or request replenishment orders as needed
• Communicate with store personnel and Jacent supervisors on schedules, issues, and opportunities
• Follow retailer and Jacent safety, loss prevention, and compliance guidelines
• Track time, routes, and work completion in required systems
